If you have just graduated and are looking for employment, this guide can help you decide which companies you should consider working at.

These companies were selected at the Tech3 Forum, that is organised by the Singapore Computer Society (SCS).

The society is an infocomm and digital media professionals network that has over 31,000 members.

Five key criteria for the judgement include inspiring people culture, spirit of innovation, financial sustainability, human resource policy and people management.

1.Accenture

Accenture is a leading global professional services company that provides a range of strategy, consulting, digital, technology as well as operations services and solutions.

It is the recipient of multiple awards and won recognition for being a great employer, as well as developer of its employees.

As Accenture’s staff are mobile, working from home is a frequent occurrence. Accenture has designed its office space to make their employees feel like it is an extension of their home.
